Q: What is the the size of each piece?
A: You can find the product dimensions and weight on the detail tab of each product.
Q: What are Maranatha figures made of?
A: The original of each Maranatha figure is sculpted and carved by Jon using a special sculpting clay. Jon’s originals are then sent to a factory in China to be cast in resin that exactly captures each of the detail marks. The resin is cured, and each piece is individually hand-painted according to his technique and instruction.
Q: How do I clean my Maranatha figures?
A: Multiple paint colors are applied in thin layers, then rubbed off to produce the Maranatha look and feel. The paint is water-based, so do not use water or a wet cloth to clean figures. Figures are best dusted with a dry brush or gentle soft cloth.
Q: Where are Maranatha figures made?
A: Jon sculpted and carved the original of each Maranatha piece in an art studio in Wyoming. Maranatha originals are then sent to a factory in China, where they are cast in resin that exactly captures each of his detail marks. There is a lengthy process of quality control to ensure that casting and painting techniques are just right for each piece. The Maranatha Team works directly with the painters so that the color, finish and style match the original. The reproductions are individually hand painted in China and shipped to the US.
Q: What is the best way to repair a broken Maranatha figure?
A: The pieces are made of resin, which can break when dropped. Two-part Epoxy works best. Try a very minimal application of Epoxy along the site where the break occurred. That should give you enough time to maneuver the piece into place before it sets.
PLACING AN ORDER
Q: How do I use a promo code?
A: If you have a special promo code you can use a promo code when you are in the shopping cart. When prompted during the checkout process, enter a promo code in the enter coupon code box and click apply.
Q: How do I change or cancel my order after I have submitted it?
A: Our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently; therefore, we may not be able to change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. But will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please contact Maranatha customer care to initiate your return.
Q: How long will it take my order to arrive?
A: Please see shipping information page for all our shipping information, including estimated delivery times, shipping costs, and payment information.
Q: Can I ship to a different address other than my billing address?
A: Yes. You will have the opportunity to designate a shipping address different than your billing address during the checkout process.
Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
A: Yes. There may be an additional cost associated with doing so. Please review shipping options available to you at check out.
Q: Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
A: Yes. We are able to ship to the 50 United States and territories, APO, and FPO.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. We currently deliver to select international destinations. We are continually expanding our shipping services. Please see shipping information page for more details.

Q: What’s your return policy?
A: If you’re not happy with your purchase, we except returns for a full refund or exchange. Please see Returns & Exchanges for all information regarding our return policy.
Q: What if my order is damaged or defective?
A: We’re sorry to hear you’ve received an item that is damaged or defective! Please contact sales.maranathasculpture@gmail.com to initiate a return/exchange.
Q: How long does it take for a credit to be processed?
A: It takes 7-14 business days to process credit/returns once the product is received. Please see Returns & Exchanges for all information regarding product returns, exchanges and refunds.
Q: Can I return Maranatha products that I received as a gift?
A: Only items purchased on maranathasculpture.com can be refunded or exchanged by us. Please see Returns and Exchanges for all information regarding our return policy. Please note that you will need information regarding the original purchase to initiate a return. If you received a Maranatha figurine that was purchased at a retailer, please contact the retailer regarding returns and exchanges.

A: We currently do not mail a print catalog to consumers. All of our products are available to view and purchase online at maranathasculpture.com.
Q: Are your products only available on your website?
A: Maranatha figurines are all available on our website, and also available in some retail stores.
